Johan Lindvall, Adrian Myhr, Jan Martin Gismervik – Improvised music trio
Johan Lindvall – synth
Adrian Myhr – electric bass
Jan Martin Gismervik – drums
Lindvall/Myhr/Gismervik plays free improvised electronic music with a rhythmic approach. We are sparse with our vocabulary, but the music is always changing into new directions. The three musicians either tries to blend into the others sounds to make the trio sound like one instrument or tries to make interesting contrasts in the soundscape. Even though the line-up is traditional, the music sounds very new.
The Lindvall/Myhr/Gismervik Trio’s tour 2016 has been sponsored by:
Natela Lemondzhava – Live
Natela’s current place of residence is The Hague where she recently graduated from the MA programme of the ArtScience interfaculty. Her research and work experiment with the audience’s physical and mental reflection, in which audience become a subject and object at the same time. These works are controlled, site-specific, concentrated performances. Natela uses narration, sound, body movement and video projection in tandem with the concept of the mind as a space for art.
Natela is going to prepare a site-specific piece based on the characteristics of the Studio Loos’ space. In her live performance she is going to process and reflect on the happenings in the environment by incorporating the presence of the audience and the objects of the space.
